Customer Dynamics Ranked Among Microsoft's Top CRM Partners

Members of the CRM community who are looking for some sort of ally, role model, or even employer may have found it in Customer Dynamics. At a recent conference, Microsoft recognized the Salt Lake City-based company for being superior in a couple of different ways.

Customer Dynamics was named to Microsoft's President's Club at the Microsoft World Partner Conference, according to an official announcement. Also, Customer Dynamics was judged to be the top performing Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner in the Western Region of the U.S. for Microsoft's previous fiscal year.

These accomplishments - especially taken together - are no small feat, considering the competition.

Ryan Redmond, the president of Customer Dynamics, responded by stating, "One of the keys to our success this past year has been our laser focus on only offering and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We're not trying to be all things to all people. We just want to be the best possible CRM organization we can be . . ."

And of course, if you want to turn the situation around, Microsoft Dynamics CRM deserves a bit of credit, given that Customer Dynamics has been able to stay in business for over 14 years and rise to this level thanks in part to its existence.
