Learning Possibilities Group Applauds Microsoft CRM System

By Doug Caverly

Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 has earned the approval of the Learning Possibilities Group. The Learning Possibilities Group announced this morning that it's implemented Microsoft's offering to support 250,000 users.

The Learning Possibilities Group deals in online learning portals, and has customers in Europe, India, China, the Middle East, and Africa - perhaps 500 to 600 schools in all. Its decision to go with CRM v4 is a rather significant one, then.

Bindiya Raichura, a product manager at the organization, indicated the change is working out, too. "With CRM v4 we now have a system that can help us manage all of our support cases and training schedules with greater efficiency and we have had tremendous feedback from our customers with the support satisfaction rate now at over 95%," Raichura said in a statement.

Raichura also observed, "Before this, when cases were created we were struggling to manage them adequately. However, this has improved dramatically due to automated emails and reporting as we can now see which products are causing the most queries and calls from customers and we can then quickly address any problems."

That's good news for Microsoft and its CRM system. This move should result in a great deal more exposure and act as noteworthy endorsement.
