[2008-08-27] Does a New Website Hold the Secret to Great Customer Service?
A friend of mine directed me to a web site that I was not familiar with, getsatisfaction.com. It's an interesting idea. The company is offering a Web 2.0 customer service solution for everyone/anyone about any product or service while at the same time it's pitching the on-demand platform to companies for use on their own web sites.

[2008-08-04] Migrating Data to Microsoft's CRM 4.0
I have started the data migration from our own homegrown CRM system to Microsoft's CRM 4.0. The data set is pretty large, not millions of records but large enough that I can't manually massage the data.
