On-demand CRM software provider, Salesnet, added 250 new features for the 25th Anniversary Edition of its enterprise on-demand CRM product. Salesnet has added broader marketing automation that includes new campaign management capabilities and HTML emails.

The Salesnet 25th Anniversary edition includes enhancements and new functionality, such as:

· Lead Management -This feature is aimed at improving sales efficiency by helping to qualify leads and convert them to sales. A Lead Dashboard has been added for producing lead-reports and lead tracking.

· Campaign Management - The campaigns module allows users to track and measure the effectiveness of specific marketing campaigns and gives users the ability to store high level campaign information in one central location, track Campaigns against pre-defined goals, and analyze campaigns in real-time.

· HTML email - The Communicate Tool allows users to create HTML emails using a WYSIWYG email editor and requires no HTML programming skills. Additionally, users are able to send an unlimited number of emails via the Communicate Tool using their company's own mail server.

Salesnet says there are several new features to enable a company to customize the application to match a company's corporate vernacular and style.

"The benefit of this approach is better, and more qualified, leads resulting in faster sales processes, less time and resource waste on poorly qualified deals that will never close, and better margins and profits," said Denis Pombriant, principle of Beagle Research.
