Pivotal 6.0 CRM Software Suite Wins Award

The winners of ISM's 2008 Top 15 CRM Software Awards have been announced, and they're being praised for achieving significant improvements in many areas. One of the top products is CDC Software's Pivotal 6.0 CRM software suite.
Testing that looked at 217 selection criteria should ensure it earned this distinction. Barton Goldenberg, the president of ISM, confirmed in a statement, "CDC Software is to be praised for obtaining the Top 15 honor as ISM's software selection process is strenuous and comprehensive. CDC Software is a leader in the CRM industry."
Between the category for small and medium business and another one for enterprise, CDC Software's winning product slotted into this second group. It may not be an ideal fit for everyone, then, but it has a huge range of potential customers.
Eric Musser, the president and CEO of CDC Software, outlined a few highlights, saying, "Pivotal CRM 6.0 is built on a highly flexible, Microsoft.net-based architecture, with a rich set of CRM capabilities that support best-in-class mobile sales functionality and multi-language, global sales and marketing campaigns."
