Zendesk Partners With SugarCRM For Helpful Product

We could be looking at a powerhouse partnership in the making. Zendesk and SugarCRM are both up-and-coming companies in their perspective fields. Zendesk is a web-based help desk software provider, and SugarCRM is a growing CRM company. This new partnership will allow customers to access SugarCRM from Zendesk, and vice versa.
Zack Urlocker, COO at Zendesk, said this of the partnership, "In order to provide the best possible service, companies need a holistic understanding of each customer relationship" he continues, "Zendesk for SugarCRM ensures important details don't get lost between sales and support, so every customer interaction can build on and strengthen the existing relationship."
The Zendesk/SugarCRM partnership will create a unified experience from sales to customer support. The newly formed team-up will include:
- Single complete view of customers and opportunities from sales to marketing to support
- Access to Zendesk's ticket management functionality directly from SugarCRM
- Key CRM data can be stored within the Zendesk profile for better decision making
Clint Oram, CTO and co-founder of SugerCRM, voiced his opinions towards the partnership, "Nothing is more valuable to a company than its customers" he continues, "With Zendesk for SugarCRM, users are able to see the whole customer picture, from sales to support, including up-to-the-minute customer support information straight from the help desk. All customer interactions are tracked, meaning a quicker resolution time and happier customers."
Zendesk is available on a host of platforms, including the iPhone, iPad, Android, and Blackberry. No additional fees will be added to Zendesk upon the SugarCRM integration.
